This is an awesome baby resale shop. They carry everyday brands as well as name brands, and the prices are just amazing. I got a shopping cart cover that looks brand new for less than 50% of the retail price. They have TONS of clothes, toys, gear, furniture, and just about anything else you could imagine for baby. The store is spacious unlike those smaller cramped resale shops.
The staff was very friendly and greeted me immediately upon arrival, and directed me to the item that they had on hold for me! They have a very active facebook page where they post new items every week or so, but it ii's nowhere near all that the store has to offer! I loved this shop and even though I live on Point Loma, I will be making the drive out to El Cajon every so often to get my baby some clothes as she grows. (It definitely beats the other resale shops near my house that are trying to be some kinda upscale boutique, and sell used clothes near their retail price..)

I like the store. I like the selection which is HUGE. The quality of everything is pretty good. A lot of new stuff to choose from. Wish I had known about the place before I had my son. Christian owners and music playing which to me is a plus! Oh and a military discount too!

I actually have had a very pleasant experience at The Baby Exchange every trip I have made. I have a 3 month old and purchased his crib and dresser from there.... the prices for were the best I found when shopping around. I also took in some maternity clothes and got a very fair price for what I was selling. The store usually seems very busy however, I never felt ignored... the owner was friendly and the man behind the counter was cheerful and friendly too! I will continue to shop at The Baby Exchange and exchange my baby's clothes as he grows out of them.

I visited this place on the fly- didn't have much time to stick around.
Just like most of El Cajon, the surrounding area looks a little leary, but the store itself is nice.
Unlike a lot of the resale stores I've visited, this one has ample space. Even the large items are indoors, with the exception of a few displayed outside to entice customers.
There was a really good selection of extremely, lightly used strollers. To include double strollers.
There were also plenty of car seats, high chairs, and booster seats.
A few pack n' plays, a couple of bassinets, and TONS of unopened baby carriers. Lots of used snugli-s, and a couple of baby slings.
There was also an extensive collection of baby furniture, from cribs, to changing tables, dressers, toddler beds, and some play furniture.
The clothing section, I didn't have time to look through that, but there was plenty to choose from.
The prices were NOT the greatest, but there were some REALLY good deals on the strollers, and the pack 'n plays.
I'll definitely head back there for more stuff as it was the "cleanest", didn't have a thrift store smell, and had the most amount of new and nearly new items.

This store is awesome !!! Definitely check it out!: The store is the biggest resale store I have ever been to. They have tons of new and used items at great prices. We went to look at cribs, they had over 60 in different styles and colors. We were able to order the matching amoire and dresser changer to match from them at a great price. The store is christian owned and plays klove on the radio. Its a positive very refreshing store to shop in. We loved it and are planning to shop there for many years!
